The Challenge
Vino Mio welcomes guests from around the world, many of whom book their flamenco dinner experience through GetYourGuide. While these reservations came through GetYourGuide, the restaurant managed its tables and availability in Zenchef. The two platforms weren't connected, which meant every booking required manual attention. Reservations arrived through email or WhatsApp, after which the team had to match bookings with available tables, confirm arrival times and keep both systems aligned. This process took valuable time from senior management every day, creating unnecessary administrative work in an already busy restaurant.
