From generalist consultancy to embedded tech partner
K.B started out offering a bit of everything: consulting, automation, software, whatever a client needed. Over time we noticed the businesses that got the most out of working with us weren't looking for advice. They wanted someone to build the thing and stay involved.
So we narrowed our focus. Today we build software and automation, and we build it together with our clients, then stay on to run it. That's the whole model now, built in from day one.
