Connecting Booking and CRM Data for a Complete Customer Journey

By integrating AQQO with Pipedrive, Social Impact Factory gained a centralized view of customer activity, booking history, and lead sources, without manually transferring information between systems.

The Challenge

Social Impact Factory managed coworking spaces, meeting rooms, memberships, and event bookings through AQQO while implementing Pipedrive as its new CRM. Because the two platforms operated independently, customer and booking data remained fragmented.

We designed and implement an API-based integration between AQQO and Pipedrive: Integration architecture: designed the complete data flow between the booking platform and CRM API integration: connected AQQO and Pipedrive through their respective APIs Automation: built Make.com workflows that retrieve, process, and synchronize booking and customer data Data mapping: mapped relevant booking details, customer information, and booking sources to the correct Pipedrive fields Record management: automatically created new CRM records or updated existing customer information Scalable foundation: developed an architecture that can support additional CRM and customer journey automations
